Lyndsay has just finished a 2 year MFA Fine Art post grad at Kingston School of Art, Kingston University, London.
Currently immersed in developing a new, distinctive and thought-provoking contemporary practice, she is exploring multidisciplinary skills in painting, sculpture and photography.
Her imagination is daily inspired by living on a dutch barge on the Thames, surrounded by water, parkland, and magic.
Originally from the south coast of England, Lyndsay graduated with Honours at Watford College of Art & Design in the 80's as a copywriter.
On leaving she worked mainly in advertising (two industry awards), until diversifying into photography, scriptwriting, journalism, and radio reporting in the early 90's.
Before long, her words, photographs and illustrations were appearing in the national press, magazines and broadsheet newspapers such as The Times, The Guardian, The City Player, The Ritz and The Independent.
By 2003 Lyndsay had swapped the busy London metropolis for Kingston Upon Thames. Here, she wrote her first novel, Making It Big, a best-seller reaching no. 9 on Kindle. Now, surrounded by nature and the elements on her boat Solaris, she still writes, but is relishing a full-time career as an artist - both through exhibitions and private commissions, as well as post graduate study.
